How will your ideas contribute to shapingwhat’s next? 

In this senior role,you’ll lead the delivery ofland development andcivil infrastructuredesignprojects, combining technical excellence with project and client leadership. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders,you’ll help shape practical, high‑quality outcomes for a broad range of projects across civil, land and water infrastructure. 

You’ll also play a key role in mentoring engineers within the team and building strong, long‑term client relationships,winning team workload andcontributing to the continued growth of Aurecon’s LandDevelopmentcapability.  Here are the key things you’ll do to bring ideas to life:  

• Lead and deliver land development and civil infrastructuredesignprojects  
• Oversee the preparation of civil engineering designs,drawings and technical documentation 
• Provide technical leadership across: Roads, drainage,earthworks and municipal works,Water and sewer reticulation, Civil site and industrial infrastructure projects 
• Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients including SA Water, councils, and key authorities 
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and contribute to team capability uplift 
• Collaborate across South Australia and interstate teams (VIC, QLD, WA) 
• Ensure designscomply with Australian and South Australian standards, councilrequirements and authority approvals 

Whatwe’re looking for: 

• Degree in Civil Engineering 
• Strong experience in land development and/or civil infrastructure design 
• Demonstrated experience working within the South Australian market (highly desirable) 
• Strong understanding of: SA Water standards and requirements, local council and authority approvals, proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers 
• Experience across the full project lifecycle (design through to construction) 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 

Technical capability: 

• Design experienceacross roads, drainage, earthworks,utilities and civil infrastructure 
• Proficiency in design tools such as 12D and/or AutoCAD 
• Strong understanding of Australian standards and local SA authority requirements
