• Highlevelwrittenandverbalcommunicationandpresentationskills.
• DevelopSLAs,leadprocessdevelopmentandimprovement
• Understandingrootcause/identifyingcontrolbreaks
• ImplementationandOrganizationalChangeManagementskills
