Compliance Field Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and discreetCompliance Field Auditor to evaluate enrollment activities and ensure representatives are following company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

This is a hybrid position, with approximately 3 days working remotely and 2 days conducting field audits throughout the assigned territory. In this role, you will conduct both in-person and telephone-based audits using approved scenarios and, when required, maintaining an anonymous identity.

You will document your findings, identify potential compliance concerns, and provide accurate reporting that helps improve service quality and ensure adherence to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field and telephone compliance audits using approved scenarios and guidelines.
• Spend approximately 2 days per week in the field conducting in-person audits and 3 days remotely completing phone audits, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain an anonymous identity during audits when required, including the use of approved disguises such as wigs, hats, glasses, or other accessories.
• Observe and evaluate enrollment representatives for adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Accurately document conversations, interactions, and observations following each assignment.
• Identify and report potential compliance issues, misinformation, or deviations from required procedures.
• Transcribe or summarize interactions when required.
• Complete daily and weekly audit reports using established Excel templates.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of audit activities and findings.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Office, iPhone applications, Google Maps, and web-based systems to complete assignments.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory on designated field days.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in auditing, compliance, quality assurance, healthcare, insurance, enrollment, customer service, investigations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or potential compliance concerns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions and scripted scenarios.
• Comfortable interacting with individuals in a professional and discreet manner.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout the Bronx, Westchester, Yonkers, Orange, Rockland, and Hudson Valley areas.
• Must be comfortable creating and wearing approved disguises when required for audit assignments.
