Join one of New Zealand's leading apple exporters and play a key role in ensuring our Orchard and Post Harvest operations continue to meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance, food safety, certification and customer assurance. 

What You'll Be Doing:

Working closely with internal teams, you'll support audit readiness, compliance coordination and due diligence activities while developing your technical expertise across the business. Key responsibilities may include:

• Coordinate audit preparation, evidencecollation and follow-up activities across regulatory, customer and certificationprogrammes 
• Support compliance requests and assurance reporting across Orchard and Post Harvest operations 
• Monitor compliance schedules, correctiveactions and key deadlines to ensure requirements are met 
• Participate in site inspections, internal audits and compliance reviews while helpingidentify and address improvement opportunities 
• Work closely with operational teams to translate compliance requirements into practical solutions and consistent ways of working 
• Maintainaccurate records,documentation and assurance evidence within approved systems 
• Develop broad compliance capability across both Orchard and Post Harvest functions, progressively taking ownership of keyprogrammes 

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, food safety, auditing,sustainability or another regulated operational environment 
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of teams 
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage evidence,documentation and deadlines accurately 
• Confidence using Microsoft 365 and learning new systems and processes 
• Experience within food production, horticulture, animalproducts or export supply chains would beadvantageous 
• Relevant qualifications are welcomed, however practical hands-on experience is equally valued
