Job Description We are seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant with approximately5–7 years of compensation experience to provide hands-on support for a large-scale job architecture initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise injob evaluation, market pricing, benchmarking, job leveling, job architecture, and salary structures. They should be able to independently review job descriptions, identify appropriate market matches, assess roles based on organizational scope and complexity, and recommend appropriate levels and grades.
Key Responsibilities
This person will partner closely with the compensation team to support a high volume of roles through the job architecture process. Key responsibilities include:
- Validating job descriptions
- Conducting market pricing analyses
- Identifying inconsistencies or potential leveling issues
- Helping establish a clean and consistent job architecture across functions
Qualifications & Skills
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Get up to speed quickly
- Work independently with minimal guidance
- Exercise sound compensation judgment
- Navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience withPay Factors and/orWorkday is a plus.
