Community Relations & Landowner Liaison

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Community Relations & Landowner Liaison to support electric transmission projects in Northeast Indiana.

This position serves as the primary point of contact for landowners impacted by transmission projects, helping address concerns, communicate project updates, and coordinate solutions with internal teams. The role also involves community outreach and relationship building with local organizations, agricultural groups, and community leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with landowners and community stakeholders.
• Communicate project updates, property impacts, construction activities, and restoration plans.
• Attend community meetings and public engagement events.
• Document concerns, coordinate issue resolution, and follow up on commitments.
• Work with engineering, construction, legal, and right-of-way teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer relations, community outreach, public relations, account management, project coordination, or a related field.
• Strong communication, public speaking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required.
