ARDCI Microfinance, Incorporated was first established as a government-aided project called Catanduanes Agricultural Support Program (CatAg). Jointly funded by the national government and the European Union, it began as a five-year development program governed by the Department of Agriculture to rid the strain of poverty in rural communities of Catanduanes. That premise conceived a viable and fully autonomous rural financial institution of confederated Savings Loan Systems (SLS) managed by its modest fellowship of farmers and small business-owners. The founding members’ eagerness to sustain the revenue influx and growth preceded the transition to Agricultural and Rural Development of Catanduanes, Incorporated (ARDCI). This historic evolution was pivotal to the life of many who aspired to sever the restraints of financial scarcity. Today, ARDCI is no longer just a name, but the legacy of a group of common folks that has flourished into an organization built for the common people.

About the role

We're hiring a Community Development Officer who are dedicated and passionate to foster strong relationships with our community members, offering genuine care and support. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting ARDCI Microfinance services to help improve the socio-economic well-being of our members.

We are looking for someone who is willing to take on challenges, adapt to new environments, and travel outside of their home province/city to serve our members as needed.

What you'll do

• Conducts barangay coordination, meeting, and orientation to members

• Conducts orientation and training (GGCT) to potential members.

• Conducts collection of weekly loan payments, insurance, and savings

• Responsible for the maintenance of quality members through monitoring of the Savings and Loan Systems

What we're seeking

Must have

• A Driver's License or at least a Student License

• At least Senior High School graduate or with 72 units if undergraduate in college

• Willing to relocate to any of our branches (free staff house is provided)

• Has high integrity
