We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Commercial Escrow Assistant opportunity with a growing title company.

TheCommercial Escrow Assistantisresponsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Assisting Commercial Escrow Officers with commercial real estate transactions from opening through post-closing.
  • Opening and maintaining escrow files and ensuring accurate recordkeeping.
  • Reviewing contracts and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Preparing escrow-related documents, closing packages, settlement statements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and internal teams to facilitate timely closings.
  • Monitoring transaction timelines and following up on outstanding requirements.
  • Assisting with escrow funding, disbursements, and post-closing activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, underwriting requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, legal, or related administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Pay Rate Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
