Commercial Real Estate Attorney – Counsel/Junior partner level (Los Angeles)

Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm focused on serving privately held businesses, entrepreneurs, and high-net-worth individuals, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Attorney to join our Los Angeles or Century City office.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, development matters, and complex contract negotiations. Experience leading transactions, managing closings, and serving as a primary client contact is required.

Our real estate practice advises buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords and lenders on a broad range of matters involving commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties nationwide. The anticipated base salary is $220K–$230K, with flexibility for a higher salary for a candidate with a small portable book of business.
