Real Estate Associate – Commercial Real Estate & Multifamily Housing
A collaborative and growing law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate with experience in sophisticated commercial real estate and multifamily housing transactions.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to apply their commercial real estate background within a practice focused on complex affordable housing and development transactions. The work offers a mix of challenging deal structures, strong mentorship, and meaningful long-term community impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and help manage complex real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Represent developers, owners, and sponsors in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financing, and development matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, consultants, and internal deal teams
• Assist in supervising transaction workflow and junior team members as needed

• Minimum 3 years of transactional commercial real estate experience
• Background working on multifamily housing and development-related transactions
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, financing, and joint venture matters
• Affordable housing or LIHTC experience is a plus
• Strong drafting, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
