As a Commercial Proposal Analyst, you will join our Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) team in Brazil, supporting the SSA region. This role plays a key part in driving profitable revenue growth through ownership and coordination of the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) and Order-to-Remittance (OTR) processes, ensuring effective commercial risk mitigation and contract compliance throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

As a Commercial Proposal Analyst,you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing complex tendering and bidding activities, coordinating the preparation, review, negotiation, and submission of commercial proposals for public and private sector opportunities, ensuring full compliance with customer requirements, internal governance, commercial policies, and submission deadlines.
- Leading and supporting customer Terms & Conditions reviews and negotiations throughout both tender and post-award phases, working closely with Legal, Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to achieve balanced commercial outcomes while protecting Baker Hughes' contractual, commercial, and risk interests.
- Working closely with Legal and Operations teams to review, negotiate, administer, and process customer Purchase Orders, Contracts, Amendments, and Work Orders.
- Ensuring compliance with and upholding the integrity of all commercial processes, policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Driving standardization, knowledge sharing, best practices, and customer insight to deliver streamlined commercial and contractual solutions.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, Quality, HSE, Legal, and Finance to support successful business outcomes.
- Coordinating and facilitating the seamless handover from Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) to Order-to-Remittance (OTR), ensuring commitments made during the proposal phase are accurately transferred for execution.
- Maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity within Deal Machine and other commercial systems, ensuring opportunity records, forecasts, milestones, approvals, and supporting documentation are accurate, current, and complete.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in either a Sales or Commercial role.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Be able to travel 10-15% of the time.
- Have full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
- Have strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Have the ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results while meeting demanding customer and business deadlines.
