What they’re looking for:
✔ 5+ years of commercial litigation experience 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐚
✔ Strong experience 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
✔ Comfortable with motions, discoveries, mediations, and court appearances
✔ Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client communication skills
✔ Experience in 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐝/𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐲, 𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐏𝐒𝐀 / 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 is a strong asset
✔ Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
