About the Opportunity:
A well-established law firm in Hackensack, NJ is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who can take ownership of matters from inception through resolution.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey
• 5-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload from intake to resolution
• Strong experience drafting pleadings and discovery
• Proven track record handling depositions and expert witnesses
• Solid motion practice experience
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
