• Responsible forequipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification, modification, automation, and continuous improvement to ensure stable, reliable, and efficient equipment performance.
• Design and integratemechanical, electrical, software, AI, and automation solutions to enhance process equipment capability and automation tooling performance.
• Developmaintenance procedures, technical documentation, safety standards, and technician training, while supporting equipment projects, equipment characterization, and manufacturing capability development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supportequipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification, modification, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implementequipment automation and upgrades, using AI and the latest automation technologies to improve equipment stability, performance, and productivity.
• Prepareelectrical drawings, wiring layouts, software debugging, and control systems for cleaning equipment.
• Integrate different equipment modules and systems to ensurestable and reliable operation.
• Design, modify, and assemblemechanical and electrical components to improve equipment performance forsquare glass, chemical etch, and cleaning processes.
• Developmaintenance, troubleshooting, and testing procedures for electrical and electronic components.
• Performequipment characterization and capability studies to ensure equipment meets safety standards and requirements.
• Supportequipment design, modification, expansion, and automation projects.
• Prepare and maintainSOPs, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and HIRAC documentation.
• Providetechnical and safety training and establish safety guidelines for technicians.
• Work closely withprocess, manufacturing, automation teams, and suppliers to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive equipment improvements.

REQUIRED:

• Currently pursuing aMaster’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Optical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant engineering qualifications are encouraged to apply.

PREFERRED:

• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience inequipment, automation, electrical/mechanical systems, or process equipment.
• Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience or strong interest inautomation, AI, robotics, and new technologies is an advantage.
