1 . Define and implement QPTM working plan according to general project schedule defined by project manager. 根据项目经理制定的项目进度计划，制定并执行相应的项目质量工作计划。

2.  Define and follow up quality roadmap to meet customer requirement  定义并跟踪质量路线图，确保项目进度满足客户要求。

2．P1 project SPPC audit plan fulfillment and reporting on time 执行P1项目SPPC审核计划并按时报告结果

3．Define prototype control plan 定义样件控制计划

4. Manage Project Quality Assurance File such as reports / test results related to quality. Update key data and files on time in database（SRM system, project quanlity weekly documents）         管理项目质量保证文件，例如相关质量的的报告，检测结果 ，按时更新SRM系统和项目质量周报表的数据和文件

      5. Support activities defined for Internal Supplier parts on Valeo sites, to support Purchasing and SQA team, as defined in the Quality Rasic ex.SRM documents submit, VRF and ISIR review。支持项目采购和SQA内部供应商采购件管理,按照定义在Rasic中的活动执行如SRM系统文件提交,VRF和ISIR的审查.

6.Process audit for FDPR internal self-made part and follow-up action plan对内部自制件的FDPR过程审核并跟踪整改措施

7. Validate Initial samples and obtain Initial Samples Customer  Approval 确认IS样件并获得客户的批准

8.Ensure all PPAP files include all documents according to procedure and Valeo rules before submission for approval 确保所有PPAP 文件提交批准之前是符合valeo 标准和程序

9.Ensure quality issues are put in project QRQC board and actions are followed a on time，solve the critical quality issue using PDCA-FTA确保质量问题都开展项目QRQC,并及时跟踪行动措施,应用PDCA-FTA 解决重要的质量问题

10.Follow the quality performance results first 6 months after SOP. 跟踪SOP后六个月的质量业绩.

       11.After design freeze milestone, ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix 设计冻结后,确保产品和工艺变更须遵守4M流程及按照4M矩阵的要求通知客户并获得批准.
