Lead Project Engineer

The firm is recognized for its ability to mobilizehighly skilled international and local talent, includingexpatriate technical experts, consultants, and project specialists, to support critical operations and infrastructure development.

• Lead and oversee all engineering deliverables including design review, technical calculation, drawing validation and document issuance for offshore topside, hull and marine systems.

• Coordinate with client, engineering institute, procurement, construction and subcontractor teams to resolve technical and site issues.

• Control project engineering progress, ensure on-time delivery and conformity with project specifications, codes and standards.

• Manage technical variation, technical clarification and project technical meeting records.

• Support project budget control, technical tender review and engineering risk identification & mitigation.

• Bachelor degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical or related disciplines.

• 3+ years experience in offshore EPC, FPSO or marine construction projects, with proven leading engineering experience.

• Familiar with offshore project workflow, international standards and EPC engineering management process.

• Strong technical judgment, cross-team coordination and problem-solving abilities.

• Good English capability for technical communication and document handling.
