Lead Process Engineer

The firm is recognized for its ability to mobilizehighly skilled international and local talent, includingexpatriate technical experts, consultants, and project specialists, to support critical operations and infrastructure development.

1. Lead process design deliverables including PFD, P&ID, process calculation, data sheet and technical specification.
2. Conduct process simulation, material/energy balance and design optimization for offshore production systems.
3. Lead HAZOP, safety review, risk assessment and ensure full compliance with API, ISO and client standards.
4. Review vendor process documents, technical proposals and submittals; provide technical validation.
5. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, client and third-party parties for technical alignment.
6. Mentor junior process engineers, manage discipline workload and deliver on project milestones.
7. Support site technical inquiry, construction guidance and commissioning assistance as required.

1. Bachelor or above in Chemical / Petroleum Engineering.
2. 8+ years offshore oil & gas EPC process engineering experience, with solid FPSO/topside project experience.
3. Familiar with offshore process design standards, HSE requirements and engineering workflows.
4. Proficient in process simulation tools and offshore engineering deliverables.
