E-Commerce Specialist

We're looking for an E-Commerce Specialist (maternity cover) to join our customer-focused, data-driven team in Vilnius.

My name isAdelina Kiškytė, and I lead the Digital Operations & Optimization team at Telia. You'll be part of a talented group of experts dedicated to creating seamless and engaging customer journeys across our digital platform.

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on e-commerce work, takes ownership and is motivated not only to execute tasks but also to contribute ideas, improve processes, and help us work smarter.

What You'll Do:

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you'll take ownership of our B2X e-shop content and play an important role in enhancing customer experience while supporting commercial goals. 

• Upload and optimize e-shop items 

• Ensure product information is accurate, complete and up to date 

• Look for opportunities to improve e-shop performance and sales 

• Identify opportunities to improve CMS and content management processes 

• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives 

• Optimize content for search engines and AI-driven search experiences 

• Work with data and insights to support better decision making 

• Collaborate with Commerce, SEO, Marketing and Digital teams to improve customer experience and conversion 

What Will Help You Thrive:

We're looking for someone who combines hands-on execution with a proactive mindset. 

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online store management, CMS administration or web content management 

• Experience uploading and maintaining products in an online store 

• Good understanding of SEO principles 

• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as GA4 

• Strong attention to detail 

• A proactive mindset and interest in improving processes 

• Ability to work independently and take ownership 

• Strong collaboration and communication skills 

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Monthly salary range for this position – 2400 - 3180 Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
