About the role

Talent Acquisition Manager | 8-12 Years Experience
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery for Shared Services organization of an Engineering Organization
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, driving recruitment performance, capability building, accountability, and delivery against hiring targets
• Establish recruitment governance, dashboard, SLAs, KPIs, and operating rhythms to ensure consistent and high-quality hiring outcomes
• Partner with business leaders and global stakeholders to develop workforce plans aligned to business growth, transformation, and expansion objectives
• Own headcount planning and hiring execution against approved HC budgets, ensuring workforce requirements are delivered within financial targets
• Demonstrate proven experience in rapid ramp-ups, Center expansion, transitions, and large-scale hiring programs across multiple business functions
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring requirements
• Drive campus recruitment programs including university partnerships, employer branding initiatives, internship programs, graduate hiring, management trainee programs, and pre-placement offers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to create a sustainable early talent pipeline
• Manage end-to-end campus hiring processes including demand planning, assessments, selection, offer management, and onboarding
• Own key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer-to-join ratio, recruiter productivity, diversity hiring, and hiring manager satisfaction
• Monitor and control recruitment spend, agency utilization, vendor costs, and sourcing channel effectiveness to drive optimal cost-per-hire and recruitment ROI
• Lead recruitment process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, search firms, RPOs, and staffing vendors to support business hiring demands
• Deliver recruitment dashboards and analytics to leadership, providing insights on hiring progress, budget adherence, ramp-up status, and market trends
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding, with a strong focus on offer acceptance, joining conversion, and new hire integration
• Drive employer branding, employee referral, social recruiting, and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the organization's employer value proposition
Required Experience & Skills
• 8-12 years of Talent Acquisition experience within GBS, GCC, Shared Services, Captive Centers, or multinational organizations
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience leading and managing recruitment teams
• Proven track record of delivering high-volume hiring, rapid ramp-ups, and campus hiring programs
• Strong experience in headcount budgeting, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics
• Demonstrated success in optimizing cost-per-hire and driving recruitment operational excellence
• Experience managing global stakeholders and influencing senior business leaders across multiple geographies
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project management capabilities
• Proficiency with ATS and Workday
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
