콘텐츠 에디터는 프로젝트 일정에 맞춰 콘텐츠 개발을 진행하고, 동영상 및 이미지 기반의 학습 콘텐츠 제작을 담당합니다. 간호학 및 임상 경험을 바탕으로 전문 지식을 제공하며, 콘텐츠의 일정과 품질을 관리하여 의료·간호 교육 콘텐츠 개발에 기여합니다.

주요 업무

• 프로젝트 계획 및 일정에 따른 콘텐츠 개발 업무 수행
• 간호학 및 임상 경험을 바탕으로 콘텐츠 개발에 필요한 전문 지식 제공
• 지속적인 개선 활동을 통한 콘텐츠 개발 일정 및 품질 관리
• 의료 및 간호 분야의 자문위원(Subject Matter Expert)과 긴밀하게 협업하여 전문적인 의견 및 피드백 반영
• 콘텐츠 개발을 위한 자료 조사 및 준비, 초안 작성, 검토 및 수정
• 동영상 및 이미지 기반 콘텐츠 제작 프로젝트 기획 및 진행
• 프리랜서 및 외부 협력사(Vendor)에 대한 업무 가이드 제공 및 커뮤니케이션
• 기타 콘텐츠 개발과 관련된 제반 업무 지원

자격 요건

• 간호학 학사 학위 또는 이에 준하는 간호 관련 학위 소지자
• 간호사 면허 소지자
• 2년 이상의 임상 경력 보유자
• 헬스케어, 의료, 생명과학 또는 출판 분야에서의 프로젝트 관리 경험 보유자
• 원활한 협업 및 커뮤니케이션 역량을 갖춘 분
• 일정 및 우선순위를 체계적으로 관리하고 정해진 기한을 준수할 수 있는 분
• 업무상 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분(문서 읽기 및 작성, 회의 참여 등)

• e-Learning 또는 디지털 교육 콘텐츠 개발 경험이 있는 분
• 동영상 및 이미지 콘텐츠의 기획 또는 제작 경험이 있는 분
• 생성형 AI 및 AI 기반 콘텐츠 제작 도구 활용 경험이 있는 분

About the Role

As a Content Editor, you will contribute to the creation of engaging, evidence-based healthcare learning content. Working closely with internal stakeholders, supervisors, freelancers, and vendors, you will help develop and optimize educational materials that support nursing education and clinical practice while maintaining high standards of quality and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Execute content development based on the implementation plan
• Based on academic/clinical experience in nursing, provide necessary knowledge in the content development process
• Keep timeline and quality in content development through continuous optimization
• Maintain good relationships with supervisors to obtain necessary advice from them
• Proceed with material preparation, draft creation/review/revision, and lead video and image content creation in the content development process
• Provide necessary instructions to freelancers and vendors in the content development process
• Perform other necessary work in the content development process

Requirements

• Nursing-related academic background
• Clinical experience as a certified nurse
• Project management experience in health science industry, publishing industry, etc.
• Ability to work in a team and keep to deadlines
• English language skills
• e-Learning content development experience is a plus
• Experience in video and image content creation is a plus
• AI proficiency is a plus
