Whatyou’llbedoing:

• Ideating,prototyping,andtestingproductconceptsacrossdifferentplatforms,primarily inFigma. 

• Supportinguser researchactivities (interviews,testing,analysis)whilelearningfromsenior designersandgraduallyincreasinginvolvement. 

• Designingsolutions forsmallfeatureswithautonomy,andcollaboratingonmedium-sizedfeatureswith teamsupport. 

• Usingandapplying designsystems toensureconsistency invisualsanduserexperience. 

• Activelyparticipating inagile workflows and continuous delivery environments, working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers. 

• Communicating designideasclearlyandeffectively,highlightingtheirpotentialimpact. 

• Collaboratingwithhumility,openness to feedback,and astrongwillingness tolearn.

• Education Requirements: 
  Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, ora related field. 

• WorkExperienceRequirements: 
  1or 2yearsofexperience inProduct design,preferably infintech, HRtech,orbenefits. 

• Languages: 
  Spanishandenglishfluent
