What You’ll Do:

• Overseenursing assistants to ensure excellent care.
• Administermedications and treatments accurately.
• Manageresident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor and ensuresafety, compliance, and infection control procedures.
• Maintainaccurate documentation and care plans.
• Provideguidance, training, and support to nursing staff.

What You Need:

✔Active LPN License (in good standing in the state of KS)
✔CPR Certification required
✔Long-term care experience preferred
✔ Strongleadership and communication skills
✔ Ability towork in a fast-paced environment
