Position Summary

As aRegistered Nurse (RN), you will oversee nursing operations during your shift, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will play a key leadership role in guiding the team and maintaining clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and supervisedirect patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team
• Supervise and supportLPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate and compliantclinical documentation
• Ensure adherence tostate, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active, unencumberedRN license in South Carolina (required)
• Current CPR certification required
• Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
• Experience withPointClickCare (PCC) preferred
• Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
• Compassion for an underserved population
