You’ll Be Joining

You’ll be part of the global team that brings NBCUniversal’s enterprise-wide talent management, talent development, and learning strategy to life.

This role blendsstrategy, talent development, learning design, facilitation, and project leadership. It’s ideal for someone who is energized by building meaningful experiences, partnering across global teams, and helping shape how we understand, develop, and accelerate talent across the company.

At the core of this role, you will:

  • Lead and evolve global development experiences for our corporate university, the Talent Lab, with locations in NYC, LA, and London
  • Contribute to the evolution of our top talent management and development strategy, helping connect enterprise talent priorities to high-impact development solutions
  • Design and facilitate world-class live experiences, both in-person and virtual, across a wide range of audiences and topics, including AI fluency, leadership expectations, media business acumen, and talent and leadership priorities

Here’s what that will look like for you…

  • Lead andevolve global Talent Lab development experiences that build capability across NBCUniversal:
    • Own planning and project management (scope, timelines, resourcing, communications) across multiple workstreams and partners
    • Evolve and optimize delivery to ensure high-quality end-to-end talent experiences
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitators, vendors, communications, and operational partners
    • Measure program effectiveness through feedback and data insights
  • Contribute to the evolution of our top talent management and development strategy, helping connect enterprise talent priorities to high-impact development solutions:
    • Partner with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to translate top talent priorities into development strategies, experiences, and practical tools
    • Use research, data, and stakeholder input to help identify development needs and shape solutions that support readiness, mobility, and growth
  • Design and facilitate world-class live experiences, both in-person and virtual, across a wide range of audiences and topics, including AI fluency, leadership expectations, media business acumen, and talent and leadership priorities:
    • Facilitate Talent Lab programs with credibility, presence, and strong command of both in-person and virtual rooms
    • Design, build, and refine learning content that is outcome-driven, practical, on-brand, and accessible
    • Prepare and support facilitators through onboarding, facilitator guides, practice sessions, observation, and feedback
    • Stay current on evolving topics, tools, and delivery methods, including AI, and adapt programs as learner needs change

Every week will be different, and you’ll play an important role developing talent, strengthening leadership capability, and helping NBCUniversal stay ready for what’s next as a creative company.

What You’ll Need:

We’re a lean team that moves quickly, so you’ll be ready to jump in with:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, talent development, learning and development, organizational development, or a related field, which may include organizational change or strategy/consulting work
  • Experience designing for multiple learning formats, including in-person, virtual, and online/asynchronous learning
  • Experience facilitating in both virtual and in-person environments
  • Experience project managing complex learning experiences or talent practices, regularly balancing multiple projects in various stages of design, delivery, and iteration
  • Experience consulting with stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, to identify development needs and design practical solutions to address them
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and content development skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Comfort using AI tools and technologies, with sound judgment about their capabilities, limitations, and appropriate use
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel regularly, up to 25% of the time

Bonus Points::

You’ve put in more time developing yourself than the bare minimum and have developed further expertise in the talent, strategy, and design space, which may include:  

  • A master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, MBA, or other related field  
  • Experience designing or facilitating development experiences for senior leaders, high-potential talent, or other complex/critical talent populations
  • Curiosity and practical experience with AI, emerging technologies, or workforce transformation, especially as they relate to leadership, learning, and future skills
  • Certification with psychometric assessments such as Hogan

Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
