Head of IT Products Commercial

AsHead of IT Products Commercial, you will lead the IT Product Commercial teams in Brasov, shaping the organization's future byexpanding global responsibilities, building strategic capabilities, and leading international transformation initiatives. This is a leadership rolecombiningorganizational development, strategic leadership, and global project management.​​

Responsabilities​

• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders and Global IT leadership to align priorities and support strategic initiatives.​
• Ensure successful implementation of the IT strategy and objectives, through effective prioritization, resource allocation, and stakeholder alignment.​
• Drive collaboration across business and IT teams, removing escalations and enabling effective decision-making.​
• Ensure effective coordination of people, resources, and stakeholders to support successful delivery and operational stability.​
• Lead team development through recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and employee growth.​
• Manage the unit's budget, administrative activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance.​
• Lead strategic local and global IT Commercial projects, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, budget, and business objectives. ​
• Drive project governance by managing priorities, risks, dependencies, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting across cross-functional teams.​

 Skills​

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.​
• At least 5 years of experience in IT leadership, people management, and organizational development.​
• Proven expertise in leading cross-functional and international IT teams in a global environment.​
• Solid experience in stakeholder management, strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.​
• Proven experience in leading complex IT programs and projects, applying strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder management practices. ​
• Strong ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery in international and matrix organizations.​
• Strong ability to bridge business and IT, translating business priorities into IT strategies and organizational initiatives.​
• In-depth knowledge of IT service delivery, enterprise applications, and IT governance within commercial business domains.​
• Good written and spoken English (German is an advantage).​
