What you will be doing:
We are seeking aSenior Systems Analyst with expertise inProject Management, Business Analysis,Oracle ERP solutions, andData Analytics to join our dynamic IT team. This role will analyze, design, and implement solutions that enhance business operations, particularly inSupply Chain Procurement domains. The ideal candidate will have stronganalytical and problem-solving skills, experience inprocess optimization, and aBachelor’s degree with progressive experience in providing solutions in Supply Chain areas.
Business Analysis & Process Mapping
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understandand translate process inefficiencies intoOracle ERP solutions.
- Conduct end-to-endprocess mapping, identifyinggaps and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Developfunctional specifications, business requirements documents (BRD), and process flow diagrams.
- Performgap analysis between business requirements and Oracle ERP capabilities.
ERP Implementation & Solution Development
- Design and implementOracle ERP solutions for Procurement, Advanced Pricing, , Warehouse and Finance modules.
- Work withcross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP withthird-party applications.
- Lead configuration, customization, and enhancements to Oracle ERP applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams forSQL/PL-SQL scripting, APIs, and Web Services integrations.
Project Management
- Responsible forapplication deliverables of system development and enhancement project
- Prepare systemtest plans andcreate testing scenarios to ensure functionality being created and delivered meets user needs and quality standards
- Help toexecute all testing phases required prior to implementation
- Engage users to adopt new systems and processes by preparing high quality training materials and providing user training
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with best practices.
Support and Data Analytics
- Providetechnical support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP systems.
- Optimize system performance and resolvecomplex business problems.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with best practices.
- Develop and maintaincomprehensive system documentation.
- Collaborate ondata analytics initiatives by refining data quality, optimizing data pipelines, and delivering accurate insights to support strategic business decisions
- Build system integration by retrieving data from Oracle EBS, Sharepoint and Smartsheet
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP tools – EBS R12, Oracle Fusion, SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services, iSupplier.
- Experience integrating Oracle ERP with other enterprise systems.
- Understanding of Oracle Workflow, Forms, BI Publisher, Power BI, SharePoint and Smartsheet
- Exposure to middleware platforms (OIC, Workato, etc.) for ERP integrations.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
- Change management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in relational database design and data modeling principles
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, working with Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion).
- Experience in business process mapping, optimization, and automation.
- Strong background in Procurement-to-Pay and iSupplier solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement, Advanced Pricing, Warehouse and Finance modules
- Project management experience in applications development
- Proficient in data mining, data analysis, reporting, and data integration Techniques
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese / Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Certifications in ERP modules.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge in o9, OneStream, SharePoint, Smartsheet
- PMP Qualification
