Senior Specialist – Digital Compliance & Audit

We are looking for aSenior Specialist – Digital Compliance & Audit to ensure our IT applications and digital platforms comply with regulatory requirements, security standards, and internal policies. This role will act as a key liaison between auditors, business stakeholders, and IT teams to support successful audits and maintain compliance across critical applications.

What you will do

• Monitor IT applications and digital platforms for compliance with regulations and security standards such as GDPR, SOC 2, and internal policies.

• Prepare and organize documentation, evidence, and records required for internal and external audits.

• Act as the primary point of contact between auditors and internal IT teams during audit activities.

• Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure consistent responses, documentation, and evidence across applications and business areas.

• Support compliance initiatives and identify potential gaps in processes, controls, and systems.

What you bring

Experience

• 7–10+ years of experience in IT Compliance, Information Security, or IT Auditing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the healthcare, health-tech, or medical device industry.

• Experience supporting audits and managing audit documentation with successful outcomes.

Education

• University Degree in IT or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of cloud software, data privacy laws, and security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST.

• Excellent communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.
