Intern - Information Security Risk & Compliance

As a motivated Information Security Risk & Compliance Intern, you will be joining our Global Information Security team. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and security controls while supporting governance, compliance, risk, and assurance company activities. Ideally, this role is suitable for you if you are a student interested in cybersecurity, information security, GRC, audit, and IT controls.

What you will do

• Support security control assessments, reviews, and effectiveness evaluations aligned with ISO 27001 and other applicable frameworks

• Review, validate, and organize compliance and audit evidence to support internal and external audits

• Support GRC operations, including monitoring requests, maintaining records, and tracking remediation activities in the GRC platform

• Assist with audit readiness, compliance reporting, dashboards, management presentations, and documentation updates

• Coordinate with stakeholders on assessments, findings, and corrective actions, and support ad hoc Security Risk & Compliance initiatives.

What you bring

• Undergraduate in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, IT Audit, Business Information Systems, or related fields

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Interest in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance

• Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, multi-tasking and collaboration skills

• Effective communication and documentation abilities

• Professional, adaptable, and eager to learn.
