Sales Business Control Advanced Specialist

Job Description

1. Manage key business controlling KPIs (Revenue, CM, EBIT), ensuring accurate tracking, analysis, and performance monitoring

2. Prepare and deliver rolling forecasts, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and income forecast to support business decision-making

3. Collaborate closely with BU, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive business controlling activities, with a strong focus on COEM business

4. Perform in-depth strategic analysis of markets, customers, and competitors, with particular focus on OEMs and industry trends

5. Prepare management reports and presentations, and support data management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous process improvements

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry, or in a controlling-related role

3. Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in forecasting, performance tracking and corporate strategy

4. Strong communication skills, with proven ability to drive discussions and lead cross-functional or BU-level meetings

5. Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility

6. Fast learner with a proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment

7. Fluency in both written and spoken English

8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong PowerPoint skills are preferred
