Litigation Associate — Trial & Defense Practice

Our client is a large, international law firm. They're looking for an Associate with litigation and trial experience who is proactive, organized, and brings strong oral advocacy, research, and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions and recommendations for clients

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis, and draft memoranda

• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery, and other legal correspondence

• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as needed

Requirements

• Admission to the Arizona Bar

• 3–6 years of relevant experience

• Excellent academic credentials

• Exceptional legal writing and communication skills

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple matters simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving and issue-spotting skills
