The job

As a German-speaking Content Moderator in the social media and digital platforms sector, you will help create safer online communities by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it follows platform policies and guidelines.

This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, making it ideal for candidates looking to start a career in content moderation or digital operations.

The role is fully office-based in Dublin City Centre and involves shift work between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Reviewing user-generated content across online platforms

• Identifying content that may violate platform guidelines

• Handling sensitive content such as hate speech, violence, self-harm, sexual content and fraud-related material

• Applying moderation policies accurately and consistently

• Escalating complex or high-risk cases when necessary

• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets

• Working closely with internal teams and quality specialists

• Participating in a 4-week onsite training programme

Your qualifications

• You are fluent in German and have strong English skills (C1 level).

• You have strong attention to detail and good judgement.

• You are willing to learn guidelines and apply them consistently.

• You can remain objective and professional when handling sensitive content.

• You are emotionally resilient and comfortable working with challenging material.

• You are comfortable working with digital systems and online platforms.

• No previous content moderation experience is required.
