Responsibility

• Support sales team with customer documentation.

• Coordinating, guiding, monitoring and motivating the sales team performance.

• Leading and coaching business development executives (B2B sales).

• Assist in developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Data Analysis- Prepare and analyze Sales Reports for a growing agile sales team.

• Led and managed a team of Business Development Executives in B2B sales, driving target achievement, resolving sales challenges, and reporting team performance.

• Compose and prepare correspondence, sales reports, quotations and documents using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Schedule, support and attend sales meetings.

• General office duties.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word (V-look Up) is MUST have.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and follow-through. Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
