Inetum is looking for a dedicatedLevel 2 Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team and provide expert support, training, and optimization of Microsoft 365 tools in a modern enterprise environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across Microsoft 365 apps includingTeams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Collaborate withLevel 1 support teams to resolve complex user concerns.
• Deliver tailoredtraining sessions, guides, and resources to improve user confidence and productivity.
• Promoteadoption of new features by showing their real-world applications in daily workflows.
• Collect and analyzeuser feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 tools to meet specificorganizational and team needs.
• Implementaccessibility features and promote inclusive software usage.
• Enhance team collaboration by ensuring seamlessintegration of Microsoft 365 apps.
• Maintain up-to-datedocumentation of configurations, best practices, and recurring issue resolutions.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams (Network, Wintel, Security) and stakeholders to align tools with business needs.
• Provideprocess training to business owners and promote best practices.

• ​​​​​​Minimum of5 years' experience in a similar Microsoft 365-focused role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on expertise inMicrosoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Experience withMicrosoft Intune for device and application management.
• Background inEnterprise Data Management and data governance solutions.
• Proficiency inPowerShell scripting for automation and customization.
• Knowledge ofUX principles andaccessibility standards.
• Ability to bridge technical solutions with real user needs.
• Strong communication skills for training and support.
• Fluent inEnglish (B2–C1 level).
