The opportunity 

Our team is building and evolving engineering platforms that support software development across the organization. The work combines application development, technical problem solving, and continuous improvement of engineering practices. 

In this role,you'll contribute to solutions used by development teams worldwide, helping create tools and capabilities that improve how software is designed, built, and delivered. Working closely with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders,you'll have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, shape scalable solutions, and drive modernization initiatives. 

This is a role for someone who enjoys writing great software, tackling complex challenges, and looking beyond the code to improve the overall developer experience. Howyou'll make an impact 

• Design and develop applications using C# and modern .NET. 

• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs. 

• Define software architecture, engineering standards, and development practices. 

• Design secure, maintainable, and resilient software solutions. 

• Implement integrations with enterprise platforms and services. 

• Influence technology choices and architectural decisions. 

• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation within Azure DevOps. 

• Develop cloud-native solutions running on Microsoft Azure. 

• Improve observability using Application Insights,OpenTelemetry, and Grafana. 

• Strengthen reliability through monitoring, diagnostics, and operational practices. 

• Embed quality and testability within solution design and development. 

• Explore Azure OpenAI and Semantic Kernel for engineering applications. 

Your background 

• 8+ years of professional software development experience 

• Strongexpertise in C# and modern .NET 

• Experience building enterprise-grade applications and backend services 

• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems 

• Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations 

• Knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework 

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services 

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps 

• Strong understanding of software quality, reliability, and operational readiness 

• Experience with observability and monitoring tools is an advantage 

• Experience with Azure OpenAI or Semantic Kernel is a plus 

• Confident communication skills in English
