About the Role:

• Fire Pump Room Responsibility-Hydrant, sprinkler, jockey, Gong bell and all related fire system operation & maintenance.
• Smoke Ventilation System/Pressurization System Responsibility-All fire ventilation functionality check & operation.
• Common Responsibility-Evacuation drill of Building, ERP, FAS Training, Safety standard, Work permit system.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of fire systems, equipment operations, and preventive maintenance.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly diagnose faults and implement effective corrective actions.
• Safety & Compliance: Understanding of workplace safety standards and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Shift Management: Capability to manage shift operations, coordinate with teams, and ensure minimal downtime.
