We are looking for our nextSr. Supply Planner within ourSupply Chain Team.TheSr. Supply Planer willberesponsible forbridging strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring customer demand is met whileoptimizing inventory levels, production capacity, service performance, and working capital.Â

Compensation:Â
The current salary range for this role is estimated to be $100,000 – $130,000. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation. The specific compensation offered to a candidate will be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Â

WhatYou’llDo:Â
Create and update supply plans (production and distribution) at SKU/weekly horizon for North America region, considering manufacturing capacities,logistics and transport limitations, customer demand, inventory policy, alignment with regional SIOP, and raw material availabilitiesÂ
Identify and communicate potential bottlenecks and/or risks to supply and propose mitigation plansÂ
Identify and communicate potential business opportunities linked to underutilization which couldimpact the costs of supplyÂ
Communicate plan results and alerts, with coordination with main stakeholders to agree on risk mitigation plans (liase with Manufacturing, PLM, Demand Planning, Supply Schedulers, Procurement, Finance, etc.)Â
Establish and adhere to inventory policy by SKU/storage location and in line with regional SIOP, enabling the continuity of product availability tooptimize free cash flow, align with business strategy, account for demand/supply volatilities, and account for lead timesÂ
Monitor and analyze production KPI metrics, with focus on supply plan adherence, toidentify root causes and implement improvements to supply assumptions, models, and processesÂ
Ensure data integrity within all tools and systemsÂ
Act as leader for specific key initiatives to improve the team’s results and efficiency, such as KPI improvement projects, process redesigns, data analysis, and optimizationÂ
Provide analysis and recommendations in support of SKU rationalization processesÂ
Participate in any inventory cycle or full physical counts each yearÂ
Ensure clear understanding, agreement, and communication of all plansÂ
Coordination of plan results and supply alerts with impacted groups to execute risk mitigation planÂ

WhatYou’llNeed:Â
     Education:          Â
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related business fieldÂ
     Experience:Â
3-5 years Planning/Scheduling ExperienceÂ
Understanding of product and process cost structures in making informed planning decisionsÂ
Knowledge of corn wet milling industry preferredÂ
Strong oral and written communicationÂ
Demonstrated aptitude with math and statisticsÂ
Strong problem solving, innovative and analytical skillsÂ
Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
