Key Responsibilities

Client & Building Coordination

• Act as the technical coordination point for assigned clients/buildings.
• Attend to client technical requirements, complaints, and service requests.
• Coordinate with clients for planned shutdowns, maintenance activities, fit-out works and other technical requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and closure of client complaints.

MEP Operations

• Monitor day-to-day operation ofHVAC, electrical, DG, plumbing, STP/WTP, fire & life safety and other MEP systems.
• Ensure equipment is operated as per SOPs and approved operating procedures.
• Monitor breakdowns and coordinate with respective technical teams for quick restoration.
• Follow up on PPM activities and ensure pending maintenance activities are closed.

Client Fit-out / Building Works

• Coordinate technical activities related to client fit-outs, modifications and building services.
• Verify that works are carried out as per approved drawings, method statements and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors/vendors and internal teams for execution of works.

Monitor work progress and report delays or issues to the reporting manager.
