Assistant Manager - HPLC (Vitamins)

We are looking for an experienced and technically strongAssistant Manager – HPLC (Vitamins) to join our laboratory team.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience inHPLC-based vitamin analysis, method development/validation, laboratory operations, quality compliance, and team management.

• Manage and overseeHPLC analysis of vitamins in food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related samples.

• Perform and supervisesample preparation, instrument operation, data processing, and interpretation of chromatographic results.

• Ensure effective utilization, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting ofHPLC systems.

• Handlemethod development, method validation, verification, and routine implementation of analytical methods for vitamin testing.

• Review chromatograms, analytical data, calculations, worksheets, and test reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure laboratory activities are carried out in accordance with applicableSOPs, quality systems, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.

• Monitor laboratory productivity, sample turnaround time, workflow, and instrument utilization.

• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to analysts and other laboratory team members.

• Support internal/external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of testing activities and timely delivery of results.

• Drive initiatives related tocontinuous improvement, laboratory efficiency, quality, and data integrity.

M.Sc. or equivalent qualification inChemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience inHPLC analysis, preferably with significant exposure tovitamin testing.

Experience working in aNABL/ISO or other regulated laboratory environment would be an advantage.
