Data Delivery Manager

We're looking for a dynamicData Delivery Manager who will lead data solution delivery from start to finish and ensure clients receive top-quality outcomes.

This position requires managing complex data migration, platform, and management projects while building strong client relationships and maintaining best practices in data solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts
• Act as the single point of accountability for all delivery-related matters, including escalations and client engagement issues
• Ensure delivery management and production processes follow governance aligned with the delivery model
• Coordinate resource allocation to match project roadmaps and required skill sets
• Provide technical leadership to guarantee robust, future-proof architecture and quality standard adherence
• Cultivate and sustain long-term client partnerships
• Identify and manage engagement risks while proactively addressing client concerns
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals and statements of work for customer engagements
• Align projects with organizational processes and agile methodologies
• Ensure clients fulfill their responsibilities to facilitate accountability
• Create delivery plans that include resource estimations and timeframes
• Implement continuous risk management strategies across project lifecycles
• Measure and improve delivery productivity
• Contribute expertise to sales efforts and bid processes to help win new business
• Mentor and coach fellow delivery managers to build talent within the organization
• Participate actively in EPAM's delivery management community
• Support growth and operational management of the local Data Practice

Requirements

• 14-20 years of experience with a strong foundation in data delivery management and data solution architecture
• Demonstrated expertise leading complex data migration, platform, or management solution projects
• Strong command of governance processes and delivery models, especially agile approaches
• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines and stakeholders
• Knowledge of developing risk management and productivity improvement strategies
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Ability to deliver technical leadership that ensures sound architecture and technical quality
