Data Delivery Manager

We are looking for a dynamicData Delivery Manager who will lead data solutions delivery from start to finish and ensure clients receive top-quality outcomes.

This position requires managing complex projects in data migration, platform, and management areas, all while building strong client relationships and maintaining best practices in data solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts
• Act as the single point of accountability for delivery matters, including escalations and client engagement issues
• Ensure delivery management and production processes follow proper governance aligned with the delivery model
• Coordinate resource allocation to match project roadmaps and required skill sets
• Provide technical leadership to guarantee robust, future-proof architecture and quality standard adherence
• Build and sustain long-term client partnerships
• Identify and manage engagement risks while proactively addressing client concerns
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals and statements of work for customer engagements
• Align projects with organizational processes and agile methodologies
• Ensure clients fulfill their responsibilities to facilitate accountability
• Create delivery plans that include resource estimations and timeframes
• Establish ongoing risk management strategies throughout project lifecycles
• Measure and improve delivery productivity
• Support sales initiatives by contributing expertise during bid processes and helping secure new business
• Mentor and coach other delivery managers to build talent within the organization
• Participate actively in EPAM's delivery management community
• Contribute to the growth and operational management of the local Data Practice

Requirements

• 14-20 years of experience with a strong background in data delivery management and data solution architecture
• Demonstrated expertise leading complex projects in data migration, platforms, or management solutions
• Strong competency in governance processes and delivery models, especially agile approaches
• Experience coordinating multiple disciplines and stakeholders
• Familiarity with developing risk management and productivity improvement strategies
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Ability to provide technical leadership ensuring sound architecture and technical quality
