Shift Lead - Customer Service

• Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls/cases solving customer issues.
• Must have problem-solving skills and follow timeline when assigned for task.
• Manage a team of customer service agents.
• Prepare KPI reports, performance reports for management review.
• Able to follow order processing system from the back end.
• Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts.
