Forecasting & Performance Analysis
- Conductmonthly reviews of forecasts by SKU and month (MX + LATAM) to ensure alignment with sales and supply objectives.
- Analyze various aspects of the business tosupport strategic and operational decision-making.
- Identify and evaluategrowth opportunities and risks across the region.
- Provide insights andrecommendations to management based on market trends, sales performance, and operational data.
- Anticipate potentialshortages and proactively flag them to the Supply team.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Develop and maintaindata models to improve analytical accuracy and efficiency.
- Define, monitor, and analyzeregional KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and automatereports and dashboards to enhance visibility across departments.
- Generateweekly availability reports andmonthly sell-out reports for management and stakeholders.
- Conductmonthly sell-out data gathering, cleaning, and consolidation, ensuring accuracy and timely upload to the international database.
- Analyze and maintainassortment dashboards to track product lifecycle and performance.
Business Intelligence & Market Insights
- Developsales and market intelligence to support commercial strategies.
- Provide insights intoreplenishment timing and stock optimization to maintain availability and reduce excess.
- Continuouslyimprove analytical tools and reporting systems to enhance data reliability and efficiency.
- Test and implementnew reporting functionalities in collaboration with IT or BI teams.
Launch & Product Management
- Coordinate and support thelaunch process of new products, ensuring timely delivery and accurate data setup.
- Definelaunch quantities and phasing in collaboration with Business Administration and Sales, ensuring alignment with budget and demand forecasts.
- Prepare and sharelaunch placeholders for newness and upcoming collections.
SKU Management & Data Governance
- OverseeOOR cleaning, removing inactive SKUs without stock to maintain system integrity.
- Align withGILPs and proposesolutions for short SKUs.
- Performdata transformation and item master creation, ensuring accuracy in system records.
Process Optimization
- Drivecontinuous improvement of analytical and operational processes across regions.
- Automate recurring tasks anddevelop new tools to streamline reporting workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency, process efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, forecasting, or supply chain analytics (preferably in a regional or multinational context).
- Proficiency inExcel, Power BI, SQL, or similar data tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience indata visualization, process automation, and KPI monitoring.
- Fluent inEnglish and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
