Key Responsibilities:

Identify, analyze, and prioritize RPA opportunities from stakeholders across Asia, Europe, and America. Design, document, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automations usingUiPath and Power Automate (UI, Excel, Database, Mail and AI automations). Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to best practices. Perform effort estimation, solution design, and ROI analysis for automation projects. Track and report automation benefits (time/cost savings) to stakeholders. Maintain and manageUiPath Orchestrator by performing version upgrades, deployments, manage Queues, logs monitoring, create & train ML Skills, etc. Analyze new features introduced in UiPath, Power Automate and leverage them Conduct periodical training on RPA Capabilities and best practices to RPA community users working in JE.

Skills Required:

• 3-7 years’ experience as UiPath RPA Developer specialized inExcel, Mail, UI and Database Automation
• Proficiency inUiPath Studio for building, debugging and tuning workflows usingsequences, flowcharts, state machines, and theREFramework.
• Experienced in creatingcustom libraries and reusable components.
• Working Knowledge ofUiPath Orchestrator in configuring un-attended Robots, managingassets, queues, triggers, schedules, and user roles, monitor job execution and balance loads efficiently.
• Working knowledge training ML models usingUiPath AI Center for document processing and Document digitization throughOCR technologies andAPI integration skills.
• Knowledgeable in transitioning from traditional RPA to APA solutions, focusing on incorporating intelligent, autonomous decision-making capabilities into automation processes.
• Good to have knowledge onPower Automate Cloud and Desktop flows
• Good to have knowledge onSQL basics for Database automation
• Business communications, inter-personal and problem-solving skills are highly valued.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree incomputer science/IT (good academic record)
• Certifications likeUiPath Advanced RPA Developer (preferred)
