The Nursing Supervisor provides both clinical leadership and direct patient care support within the healthcare center. In this role, you will oversee Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Medical Assistants while partnering closely with providersandclinicleadershiptoensurehigh-qualitypatientcare,operationalexcellence,andcompliancewithorganizationalandregulatorystandards.Thispositioncombineshands-onnursingresponsibilitieswithstaffdevelopment,workflowcoordination,andteamleadership.

KeyResponsibilities:

·Provideleadership,guidance,andsupporttoRegisteredNurses,LicensedPracticalNurses,andMedicalAssistantstofosterhigh-qualitypatientcareandprofessionalgrowth

·Deliverdirectnursingcaretopatientswhileassistingproviderswithexaminations,treatments,andclinicalprocedures

·Educateandcounselpatientsandfamiliesregardinghealthcareneeds,treatmentplans,andhealthmanagementstrategies

·Collectpatienthistories,maintainaccurateclinicaldocumentation,andcoordinatetheretrievalofmedicalrecordsfromoutsideproviders

·Performlaboratorycollections,preparepatientsforprocedures,andcompletespecialclinicalproceduresasneeded

·Coordinatedepartmentalworkflowstoensureefficientoperations,timelycompletionoftasks,andqualitypatientexperiences

·Recruit,interview,onboard,train,anddevelopclinicalstaffwhilesupportingemployeeengagementandretentionefforts

·Completeemployeeperformanceevaluations,supervisionrecords,andindividualizedtrainingplans

·Leadstaffmeetingsandfacilitateopencommunicationthroughoutthedepartmentandorganization

·Monitorcompliancewithregulatoryrequirements,qualityindicators,andorganizationalstandards

·Identifyopportunitiesforqualityimprovementandimplementstrategiesthatstrengthendepartmentalperformance

Education,Experience,and/orCredentialQualifications:

·GraduateofanaccreditedschoolofnursingasaRegisteredNurse(RN)orLicensedPracticalNurse(LPN)

·CurrentMissourinursinglicenseingoodstanding

·RegisteredNursecandidates:Minimumtwo(2)yearsofexperienceinaphysicianofficeoroutpatientclinicsettingpreferred

·LicensedPracticalNursecandidates:Minimumthree(3)yearsofexperienceinaphysicianofficeoroutpatientclinicsettingpreferred

·CurrentBLScertificationrequired

·ACLScertificationpreferred
