- Responsible of planning and implementation of department’s quality policy.
- Responsible for establishing, implementing and improving the department’s quality management system.
- Establish and maintain FMEA of GS/OSD3-APAC12.
- Establish and maintain LPC guideline and plan of GS/OSD3-APAC12.
- Monitor and improve department Quality KPI.
- Handle customer complaint analysis and improvement.
- Coordinate internal / external quality system audit.
- Push LSPs to carry out Risk & Quality management and LSP development project
- Push LSPs to carry out CIP
- Manage KPI target of LSPs and analysis and improve KPI failure
- Provide Q training and support for official customer complaint
- Prepare and report GS/OSD3 TMC Performance Report
- Urgent Q topic follow up, e.g: 14Q introduction in TMC, quick investigation of damage
- Logistic Quality skill required
- Supplier audit and management skill required
- Project management skill required
- Good communication and cooperation skill
