EssentialJobFunctions:

• Analyzebusinessperformanceacrosssales,pricing,volume,productmix,costs,andoperatingexpensestosupportinformeddecision-making.

• Evaluateprofitabilitybyproduct,customer,andmarketsegment,identifyingrisksandopportunitiesforbusinessgrowth.

• Performmonthlyactualversusforecastandbudgetvarianceanalyses,deliveringmeaningfulinsightsandrecommendationstostakeholders.

• DevelopfinancialprojectionsacrossallP&Llines,includingsales,costofgoodssold,manufacturingexpenses,andoperatingexpenses.

• Supportprojectevaluationsandbusinesscasedevelopmentthroughfinancialfeasibilityandprofitabilityanalyses.

• Managefinancialreservesincludingdiscounts,inventoryadjustments,obsoleteinventory,andotherprovisionsinalignmentwithcompanypolicies.

• Partnerwithbusinessandoperationsteamstoimprovefinancialperformance,supportauditsandconsultingactivities,andensurecompliancewithtransferpricingrequirements.

• IdentifyandresolvedatainconsistenciesbetweenSAPandBIsystemswhilesupportingaccuratefinancialreportingandcostclosingprocesses.

Qualifications&Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, controlling, business analysis, corporate finance, or a related finance function.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and business intelligence/reporting tools.

• Knowledge of financial statements, cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish is considered a plus.
