Finance Intern - DTC APAC

Job Description:

What you'll be doing:

• DTC (e-commence) support
• Sale record summary & Report analysis support (Japan MSP/China Wechat Mini program)
• China VAT Fapiao manual and system maintenance
• Sales audit
• HK/China Mall Certificate account reconciliation/Store Mall certificate operation training
• China store cash pick up vender management/PO and Fapiao support communication with vendors
• Tax agency and vendor management
• Vendor report review
• Vendor billing review and check
• Vendor cost allocation for different departments
• Projects support
• Company incoming projects support
• Departure Tax Refund data collection and analysis
• Ad hoc/Others
• Store supplies
• Refund support investigation
• Store finance devices trouble shooting

What you need to bring:

• Excel/CET 6/IEST ACCA/CPA students prefer
• Prefer 6 months at least or more /3 days a week at least
• Professional working English email writing and oral speaking are required
