
Northeast - Regional Sales Manager
the job:
As a Regional Field Sales Manager, you lead and scale the business through others across a multi-market region. You own regional performance, strategy, and talent—ensuring consistent, high-impact execution across all territories.
You develop Account Executives and Sales Coordinators, building leadership capability and driving results through your team. You translate brand strategy into clear direction, prioritize resources, and make decisions that maximize regional impact. You are the link between strategy and execution—driving alignment, accountability, and performance.
salary:$80-90k + bonus
location: remote (must be based in the New York City area + have the right to work in the US)
travel:ability to travel and maintain field presenceÂ
what you'll do:
Regional Ownership
- Own regional sales performance, including budget, forecasting, and outcomesÂ
- Identify trends across markets and scale what worksÂ
- Translate brand strategy into clear regional direction and prioritiesÂ
Strategy & Decision-Making
- Set regional priorities and make business-critical decisions across marketsÂ
- Allocate resources and focus to maximize impactÂ
- Drive consistent, scalable execution through Account Executives and Sales CoordinatorsÂ
Leadership & Development
- Develop Account Executives to strengthen performance and leadership capabilityÂ
- Build bench strength with Sales Coordinators and prepare future leadersÂ
- Reinforce accountability, ownership, and continuous growthÂ
Field Leadership
- Maintain intentional presence in marketÂ
- Partner in key meetings to elevate strategy and outcomesÂ
- Coach in real time to strengthen thinking, decisions, and executionÂ
Retail Partnership
- Own relationships with regional retail leaders (Ulta, Sephora, etc.)Â
- Align on strategies that drive mutual growthÂ
- Elevate brand presence across marketsÂ
Operational Excellence
- Oversee regional insights, reporting, and performance trackingÂ
- Ensure accountability for key deliverablesÂ
- Simplify tools and processes to focus on impactÂ
must haves:
- Experience leading multi-market or multi-unit retail teamsÂ
- Proven track record of delivering sales results and managing budgetsÂ
- Experience developing leaders and managing high performing teams
- Strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to connect cross-market trends and drive scalable plansÂ
- An ability to budget, forecast, and drive performance outcomesÂ
- Decision-making capabilities, with the ability to set priorities and drive business-critical decisionsÂ
- Leadership & coaching experience; you've developed leaders and have built high-performing teamsÂ
- Executive presence, with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholdersÂ
This role may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting, carrying, or moving product, samples, merchandising materials, event supplies, or equipment up to 40 lbs.
