We are seeking an experiencedSenior PMIS IT Support Specialist to support the implementation, integration, and administration of Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) for large-scale infrastructure and construction programs. The successful candidate will play a key role in integrating PMIS platforms with BIM, GIS, document management, and enterprise systems to enable efficient project delivery, reporting, and data management. The role requires a highly skilled professional capable of supporting complex capital projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, construction, and program management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support PMIS platforms such as Oracle Unifier, Primavera, ProjectWise, Aconex, or similar enterprise systems.
• Design and manage integrations between PMIS, BIM, GIS, scheduling, document management, and business systems.
• Support project teams with PMIS workflows, user management, permissions, and system governance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for project stakeholders.
• Manage project data structures, databases, data quality, and information workflows.
• Coordinate with engineering, BIM, GIS, and construction teams to ensure seamless exchange of project information.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support and training.
• Support implementation of digital delivery strategies and information management standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational data governance, security, and quality requirements.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum15 years of professional experience supporting PMIS platforms on infrastructure, engineering, or construction programs.
• Demonstrated experience with:
  • PMIS platforms (Oracle Unifier, Primavera, EcoSys, Aconex, ProjectWise, or similar)
  • System integrations and enterprise software solutions
  • Database management and reporting solutions
  • BIM environments and workflows
  • GIS platforms and spatial data management
  • Construction and project management data processes
• Experience supporting projects with capital values exceedingUSD 100 million.
• Strong understanding of project controls, cost management, document control, and construction information workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience.
• Experience supporting major infrastructure, water, transportation, energy, or industrial projects.
• International project experience outside country of residence.
• Experience leading PMIS implementation or digital transformation initiatives on large programs.
• Professional certifications related to PMIS, BIM, GIS, database administration, cloud technologies, or project management.
• Experience working within integrated project delivery environments.
