Operations Manager:

At Accenture Bulgaria, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team delivering key business operations for an international client. The role combines people leadership, operational excellence, client management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team responsible for contract and order management, invoicing, reporting, and related operational activities.
• Ensure high-quality and timely service delivery while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance and client satisfaction.
• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support individual development through coaching and mentoring.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and increased operational efficiency.
• Lead operational projects and client-specific initiatives from planning through execution.
• Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to align priorities, expectations, and business objectives.
• Analyze workload, performance data, and operational trends to support effective capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understand evolving business needs, and proactively address operational challenges.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or a similar business environment, including proven people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in team management, performance improvement, and achievement of operational targets.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present operational data.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance management.
• Project management experience, ideally involving process optimization or operational transformation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt, prioritize, and remain resilient in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Economics, or another relevant field.
